VOLTAGE CONTROL is a Dutch band formed by Arno PEETERS and Tibor FULOP. They met each other at a famous Dutch institute for electronic music. The twosome started working together and realised several demo's. A few of them even got selected on the Dutch radiochannel VPRO.
